Auto-Snapshot: no Symbol to make a clone

Hello Community,
Many greetings from Germany. This is my first trial to discuss with you.
For a week now, I try to learn NexentaStor by doing with the Community Edition 3.1.1
When I make a spontaneous snapshot, every is okay. When I look at page
Data Management -> Data Sets -> Snapshots Show I see both, the sign for Rollback and for clone
#
But as soon as a periodic snapshot is made I miss the clone symbol. The Error also occurs, if you start the periodic task by hand.
What is going on there?? May be you can help me.

Cloning an auto-service snapshot is not supported or allowed through the NMV GUI. You can clone the snapshot via command line. However, for the purpose of recovering data from snapshots, it is much easier to copy your data directly from the snapshot.
