Please try to run upgrade with '-v' option.

Interesting. When I tried to upgrade, I got this message "Cannot Upgrade Appliance via NMV Ajax Console. Hint: Try SSH or Console login". I tried the SSH, but that doesn't find the 'setup' command, and I'm not sure what it means by 'console'. That's what I clicked that brought up the ajaxterm.

To upgrade Appliance you need to use NMC.

  1. connect to Apliance as 'root' via ssh
  2. connect to Appliance as 'admin' via ssh and next 'su -c nmc'

I tried using the commands you gave me, but got the same response as TZ Ka until I used the -v switch. I got a different error, so I rebooted and tried again. Second time worked just fine! Thanks!

I got the "Could not download all needed packages. Check failed" too. It worked when i retried the upgrade a couple of minutes later. Running 3.1.3 now.
