Yesterday I installed a VM of NexentaStor 3.1.3 CE (named FBData), created a zvol and iscsi target "FileBoundData" and everything was good. Today I shut down the VM so I could assign more ram to it (setup appliance poweroff -y). However, when it booted I received "WARNING: pool 'FileBoundData' could not be loaded as it was last accessed by another system (host: FBData hostid 0x8b9e62). See: http://www.sun.com/msg/ZFS-8000-EY" This message was displayed 3 times. Now I cannot access that zvol and the iscsi target is not available. Also, the user account I had created no longer exists

How do I recover the zvol and prevent this from happening next time I reboot the VM?
