Home page not yet as catchy as I'd like it to be! I want it to look like http://www.sugarforge.org/ or similar. Here is what is important:

1) Column design, similar to sugar forge

2) Latest news and projects on the right

3) Links to the API documentation under "Documentation" paragraph

4) Links to the Download ISOs (already have it). BTW, what we have it today is too much - lets save some space for other stuff

5) Absolutely important to have a button for New Project creation. Think of Home Page as of collection of links from all over.

6) Icons - we need more icons for all kind of actions on this page... Like "New Project" icon, Plugin API icon, NMS API icon, SDK Icon, etc + corresponding short descriptions.

3, 6 — I selected design part (in attachment), that we can use for this. I can do this, but what will be in those blocks: Documentation, API, NMS Api, etc ?
